Easy to order, good parking. Items at the collection desk on my arrival.,

Great communication.....swift refund of out of stock item I ordered on line & when I went to collect the other items they'd found an alternative for the out of stock item for me to look at....what great customer service Leighton Buzzard!

Came to the Leighton Buzzard store for a click and collect order. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, bringing items to my car and loading up as well.

We found a bistro set for our garden online which looked as if it was exactly what we were looking for. The store in Leighton Buzzard was showing availability so we visited to check to see whether the seats were comfortable. We couldn’t see the item on display so asked a member of the team for some help.
Kevin literally could not have been more helpful - he found the item which was still boxed up, opened it so that we could check the cushions, went and got us a trolley as we decided to take it, took payment at customer service himself and then came with us to the car to help to load it.
Wow,an exceptional customer experience - Kevin is an absolute credit to the store in Leighton Buzzard.

Efficient and quick

Waiting in a queue at tills 4 staff members walked passed one said she would open up but she decided to open up at customer service desk rather a till desk, so people from the back obviously went to her, another staff member went to the till next to the one we were queue at but decided not to open. Not customer focused at all, no apologies for the long wait. Won’t be going to this store again

I had a specific item to buy and travelled 10 miles or so to my nearest Homebase (Leighton Buzzard). I'd not been there before. The store was very tidy and well stocked, but almost completely devoid of customers. As I made my purchase I commented that the store was very quiet...."It's always like this" was the reply. I got to thinking why........could it be that the store is virtually invisible from the main road?
When I drove to the store I could just about see the Homebase store in the distance through the Tesco car park, but seeing no Homebase direction signage continued along the road to where I assumed the Homebase carpark might be......only to find I was at the carpark exit! Retracing my steps back to the Tesco carpark entrance I drove in to see a small Homebase sign I hadn't seen from the road. At last a way in! How may other customers have had this difficulty I wonder?

Jamie was very helpful, he greeted me as I came into the store and then came over to help me with lawnmowers and grass seeds.

Visited the Leighton buzzard store last week to purchase some lightbulbs. I was unsure what type I needed. Jamie came over and asked if I needed help and was very useful in assisting me. He was polite and informative and provided me with the product I needed.

Lovely experience with a super helpful Jamie on the shop floor and a very helpful Kevin at the till. We couldn’t get what we wanted but Kevin looked at several ways and spent a lot of time, but it didn’t seem so bad with how helpful and lovely they both were!

My wife and I went into Homebase in Leighton Buzzard to find and buy decking stain. We weren’t really sure what to get or the best way to apply it.

Kevin, a really kind customer service assistant was brilliant. He advised us on the type that’s best for our situation and colours. We walked out with what we needed feeling happy and content. Thank you Kevin and Leighton Buzzard Homebase.

Maggie at Leighton Buzzard’s Homebase is a STAR! She gave me great advice on what paint to buy for the project I’m working on. Later on said paint spilt inside my bag and she was an absolute angel helping me and my sister clean it up. She was so patient and helpful - even going off to clean one of our paintbrushes that had been caught in the spill. Maggie is an asset to the Homebase team! 10/10 🤩

Kevin was by far the most helpful and best store assistant that I have encountered I the Leighton Buzzard Homebase. He was cheerful and very knowledgeable. He made my experience much better than previous visits.

Thank you so much to Emily Lawrence total babe helping me with my cube shelf. Emily also carried it to my car from the back of the store which was so helpful. Great staff member super helpful I will be back.

Spent £15.000 on a new kitchen and the after care service is appalling so dissatisfied is beyond belief I can't believe we have been treated this way and as for just simple politeness is non existing with the staff we have dealt with :(
