Great experience ordered by click and collect, and collected same day. Everything was quick and efficient, staff were great.

I ordered some grey anthracite cup handles that I really liked but then found there were no matching knobs or bar handles to go with them. This was disappointing and a little strange I think but Homebase refunded me without an issue.

Ordered a Kacher pressure washer click & collect in Leeds. After travelling from Wakefield to pick up order only to find they had given me the wrong item. Had to go back to change it. Luckily they still had one.

Ordered and collected in just over an hour.

Did click and collect order, both items showing in stock. However one item was then cancelled as it was not in stock. Got to store, no one at click and collect desk so had to go and find someone. Not the first time this has happened.

Home base moortown Ordered it was done in the hour when I got there it was ready to pick up . Was wanting some pea stones but they had non in the store so look on line said 10 so I asked and they said they hadn't been written off yet as broken bags. So been checking and they still haven't done it . Really need some pea stones they need to correct the figures so customers can buy

I found the colour of paint I needed, which I was unable to find anywhere else. Ordering online for collection was very simple.

Just bought something cashier mathew needs to understand what customer service is. How are you or thank you should be basic skills than just ignoring you.

Really good - until I came to try to remove the sticker asking for a customer service review…which wouldn’t come off cleanly and required careful (time consuming) scraping off and wiping away the residue (with lighter fluid) 😬🤦🏻

The young man lifted the boxes into my car as a matter of service. Greatly appreciated as I wouldn’t have managed them on my own.

Had a disappointing experience. Picked up my tin of paint, when I got home the lid had come off and paint was everywhere inside my shopping bag. Thank goodness I didn’t put the tin directly in the boot of my car, and my shopping bag was robust enough not to leak.

Given that I usually have to prise the lid off a new paint tin with a flat edge screwdriver, I have no idea how this happened. Could I have been sold a tin of paint that had been returned after being opened?

Sent emails to the customer services, but they have all bounced back.
