Yvonne and Laura at the Hessle store…
Yvonne and Laura at the Hessle store went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service.
Yvonne talked us through in store promotions and also garden furniture options. Including durability , price difference and storage recommendations.
Both ladies were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.
We will now be booking in for a bathroom quotation.
They are a credit to your team and should be given credit and reward for going above and beyond.

I returned a powerbase battery that was faulty. Service was excellent. Unfortunately neither the large or small battery was in stock. Item is unavailable for home delivery which means another 30 mile round trip to my nearest homebase branch.
