I have just left the Homebase shop very happy with excellent shopping experience I had. The staff name Prince was sooo helpful . I was looking for composts for my garden, I have find some just outside store but prince brought me inside the store into garden to see more option and didn’t know how to carry it in the car , prince helps me till outside into the car. Really appreciated.

Website showed 5 items in stock. Bought 2. Received text and email to collect from Haringey store next morning. Wife goes to collect that same afternoon staff informed her item not in stock and they tried to call me. Really?

The employees at Homebase were very knowledgeable.

I had to wait a few minutes, while customer support assistant supported a customer with her purchase. My items were brought out to me. My ID was clarified..No time waited.

I just wanted to share my experience at Homebase in Harringay Green Lanes retail park. We wanted to buy garden furniture on display and we got the best customer service from Prince. He was wonderful, polite and extremely helpful. We bought everything we needed and we couldn't have done it without him. Thank you Prince!

I went to Homebase in Haringey Green Lanes in London to get a new lock for my front door. I got great help from a staff member called Prince even on parts unrelated to that lock! I would definitely go back again.

Hamid was awesome. Helped me load my car in the car park without me asking. Great experience in the store too. Amazing team in the store, especially Matt Mood (I hope that’s correct). Thank you Homebase! Strongly recommended!!!

Homebase chap on the click and collect counter was very pleasant and helpful. Items (plant pots) were brought to us without blemishes. A good experience.

We don’t often go to Homebase as I like to shop online but I have to say , I am soo glad we did! The service , support and guidance provided by Prince in store was first class! He blew me away! Thank you Prince, you made our visit worthwhile, we bought great garden furniture at the same time as receiving superb customer service. Homebase are lucky to have you !

Despite recieving an email that my order was ready, one of my items was not available despite it being in stock when ordering. No point in ordering online at all. Waited about 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the customer service desk. It would have been easier to just walk in and make my purchase.

Visited the Haringey store on a swelteringly hot day . Wanted to buy garden furniture that I had already checked they had in stock . Approached a member of staff who was busy unloading for help in finding the items . The staff member was called Prince and he couldn’t have been more helpful if he’d tried . Went straight off to find a trolley find my furniture helped me pay for it and then helped me get it out to my car and load it in , smiling and chatting all the while . So impressed he really is a credit to the store . Well done Prince and thank you .

Excellent and very helpful service when I wanted to amend my order.

Saturday 20-7-24.Item was ordered on line by Mastercard. Monday 22-7-24. 11:30am Item not in Store. Caused considerable problems as I was catching a train to go home 200 miles away.Left London at 3pm.
My partner had to cross London to pick it up. During rush hour. Plymouth Homebase closed last year. Staff there were friendly and helpful. Staff in Haringey all of them are not interested in being friendly or helpful. Perhaps Homebase closed the wrong store. Won't order again from Homebase. Ambrose Storer.

Staff were very helpful. Short delay but nothing terrible and made up for by a member of staff helping me to load the furniture into the car.

Two of the items were smaller than I expected. Flexi storage kids small storage basket Moon has black hand marks scattered on the back of the bag. I will have to return it, hoping to get an exchange. Homebase don't package these item in plastic packaging, which would help hand marks.

Not a good experience at Homebase Haringey. I had a query about availability of a stock item I’d seen on your webpage. Firstly there was no-one on the customer service station. Eventually a member of staff appeared and called out to me asking if I was Click and Collect. I told him I had a stock question. He didn’t listen properly to my question and darted off eventually calling me to “Come Here!!” I then spoke to another assistant who seemed factually correct but also seemed to have no idea of how to talk to customers. The store felt shabby, uncared for, inadequately stocked and poorly staffed.

Efficient click & collect service

I'm working on a large festival & sent our runner to collect a parcel. He had the payment card and my ID. The staff were incredibly rude to him, then rang me and were rude to me too. The guy who rang me also hung up on me as I was explaining why I wasn't there to collect the parcel & to accept our runner collecting it on my behalf. We won't be buying from Homebase again on this event, or any future events
