After waiting about 15 minutes for a member of staff to come to customer services to collect my order it was all fine

Amazing helpful staff in Folkestone Park Farm Store - they allowed me to collect a free storage pallet and even carried it/helped to fit it into my car - all for free. Thank you to Sammy.

Absolutely disgusted.
I took my mother to this store the other day to help her pick out some new flowers for her garden for the winter months and never in my life have I seen such an appalling, unmaintained and quite frankly disgusting garden centre. Everywhere you look there is bird faeces. I cannot imagine it is that hard to get a hose pipe out and give it a scrub. Disappointed is an understatement.

I would never expect something so simple to be left to become such a state even my mother was disgusted by the state of the garden centre. We headed on down to Folkestone garden centre instead and found some lovely plants.

Collection and only given half of the items had to drive back and collect the rest.

We could see what we wanted online. Ordering was easy and the item, which was too big and heavy to collect, was delivered to our home very promptly.

Never Ever Homebase Again, not only kithcen but any product i will boycott from Homebase as i was utterly disappointment with my recent buying kitchen and bath experience.
My experience has been disappointing, and despite all efforts to resolve the issues, the resolution remains unsatisfactory.

Initially, I was impressed with the assistance provided by your kitchen designer, Reece. However, the problems began once the products were delivered. It became evident that the design was flawed and did not align with the initial sales techniques.

When I raised these concerns with the store manager, Matt, I found his response to be unhelpful and dismissive. His suggestion to escalate the issue to the Financial Ombudsman seemed more like an attempt to deflect rather than address the problem.

Although I later received support from Molly at Homebase head office, who was diligent in her efforts, the issues with the kitchen design persist. The gaps and discrepancies remain unresolved, and I feel that the product was oversold relative to my needs.

Given the unsatisfactory resolution and the treatment I received, I will not be purchasing from Homebase in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others.I try to refrain from writing bad review however homebase team prompt me to write one. Avoid Kitchen and bath at all cost!

Empty shelves, low stock, row of pallets in the garden section with nothing on. Timber areas badly stocked.
I asked one of the staff if they were closing down.
She told me ‘management never tell us anything’
If this is the case and their job is on the line, words fail me. ( they don’t really, but nowadays you cannot say what you think, with fear of reprisals)
Is Folkestone branch of Homebase closing down??

When the site finally let me order. Not sure if my fault or a glitch. Easy to order and collection was easy. Friendly staff loaded car for me and gave me advice about wearing gloves to handle the slabs.

First time we’ve used click and collect. Very efficient.

Ordered my items late on Saturday and received a text, almost straight away, to say my order was ready to collect.
Managed to pick them up 15 minutes before the store closed. Great service!
