Homebase - Felixstowe Omdömen 

Shopping for battery lawnmower. Wanted additional batteries. Dave was most helpful in sourcing and checking they were correct. Also the lady at checkout at 1745 on Mon 11th Nov was very pleasant and helpful

Had a really great experience with Clarice this morning. She was so helpful. I was looking kind of vague not really sure what I needed, Clarice noticed and went out of her way to help. She was super friendly and seemed really knowledgeable. Over all really positive experience. I often find staff here quiet and like they just want to work with their heads down. But Clarice was such a ray of light.

Order placed online, message received within 30mins to say ready for collection.
Arrived and greeted by Tracey who collected my order for me, in and out in 5mins.

Popped into my local Homebase store today, I have to praise clarice for her knowledge and understanding of my project I am working on for the care home I work for, she nearly found everything I required but a couple of bits she mentioned are no longer available at this store. The checkout process was smooth and easy the lady on there was not as happy as clarice I must say. thank you again clarice, you have brighten up my day and made my projected possible. Delightfully browsed the Felixstowe store today and ended up buying a few Christmas bits with the assistant of a young lady around Christmas, she was very polite, patient and full of ideas to help inspire me.
I think her name was Clare, my apologies if it's not. I look forward to returning to store later on this week, when apparently more stock should be coming in.

Ryan did a good job of helping us buy a lamp, checking the item with us to ensure it was correct.

Quick really easy with click and collect no fuss, recommended service

I was despairing of finding a 500mm simple washbasin. Other shops had them in 450 mm or 550 mm - or expensive, and often not even on display. Then I found Homebase listed the perfect thing - and not even expensive. Went to the shop - Assistant Paul was happy to open box so I could see actual shape inside, and quality. So I bought a tap and loo as well! Paul patiently waited while I signed up online, to get a useful discount. Then he lugged it all to my car. Very happy customer.

Stuart gave us lots of boxes for moving house and even carried them out to the car and fit them in keep up the great work Stuart
