Homebase - Cromer Omdömen 

Your team member, Sam, was so helpful. She came & helped me load a very heavy box in the back of my car which was far too big for it so she found twine to tie the boot down for me to get home. All in the pouring rain.

Went to the click and collect desk, no-one seemed to want to serve and looked away. Not the best experience to date.

No staff about.
Managed to walk to the other side of the store without seeing a single member of staff. And then when I walked back I saw one member before getting to the tills. Thankfully I didn't need any help as if I did I wouldn't have been able to find anyone.

Very happy to help, with a smile, knew exactly what I needed and helped me to find everything within about 10 minutes, fast and efficient.

He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He enabled me to find the appropriate product for the job and we had some good banter too. A very good experience and will shop again purely for fact that Graham sorted me out with no fuss.

This store has to be the best customer service I have ever seen, all staff members are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dawn & Sam found me products in the warehouse that many others would not have even tried. Couldn’t recommend the team here highly enough!

Customer Return
I was returning some paint that was not going to be used as the project was finished.
The sales assistant (Sam) was extremely helpful, returning the item to stock and replacing it with another paint.
Although I had only made the original purchase ten days before I had mislaid the receipt, Sam quickly found the purchase and ensured a smooth return.

Good selection of curtain tracks - bought one. Wil be back for curtain poles once I've measured up.

This Homebase depot at Cromer is the best one i have ever dealt with.The store is bright and cleaned very orderly. Bebel who was on the checkout put my items to one side whilst the gentleman opened a complete pallet of garden pots to retrieve the 5 38cm pots i required.Unfornately i didn't make a note of this gentleman's name.

Both Kevin and Esther were helpful, friendly and had sensible practical ideas on how to tackle DIY approaches
I had no idea what I needed for my deck but left feeling encouraged and informed!!

Dawn and Sam were very friendly and very helpful. Grade A customer service.

Clare in the till is so helpful nothing too much trouble

I was served by a lady called Sam location 0852. She was very efficient and sorted out my collection straight away. Was polite and insured that I had everything I needed.

Had everything in stock we needed, we were served by Graham who was very helpful and friendly

Clare at the tills was faultlessly amazing with her customer service, she told me about the deal 4 for 3 on our bags of stones and I said I’ve already brought 2 bags earlier this morning, she found our receipt on the till and manage to put the offer through for us. And she did it with out me asking. It was wonderful and so kind of her to sort it for us.

I want to mention Kevin - he goes over and above with his customer service - he took great length with me over some drawer handles which I really appreciated.

Dawn helped by carrying out a heavy cupboard to my car. She was so warm and friendly and had impressive strength to carry that box! Unfortunately when I got the cupboard home it was badly damaged which could not have been seen in sealed box.
I rang the store, Dawn answered and immediately reassured that every effort would be made to help me. I went back to store and Dawn patiently opened other boxes until we found an undamaged cupboard and then carried it to my car. What a lovely, lovely lady. Homebase you have an employee there to be proud of!
