A HUGE thank you to Darren Dutton who sat with me and designed my new kitchen. Very polite and patient, really looked after me. Recommended kitchen fitters Stefan and Mick. Very hard working professional men absolutely over the moon with my kitchen. They also recommended a plasterer Gordon who did a fantastic job on the ceiling and walls. Highly recommended these guys.

Using click and collect, my item was brought on a trolly and handed to me. Only when I got to my car did I see it was over 76Kg. It was a struggle for me and my wife to load it. An offer from the young assistant should have been made.
Only the previous day we purchased a garden table and chairs set and whilst heading for the checkout an older assistant offered to help load it in the car, we didn't need any help but the offer was nice.
Maybe it's a generational thing but the young lad should have offered to help with such a large heavy item.
One for you to bear in mind for the future.

Ordered on line for collection the next day Saturday.
Rang shop on Monday and they said would look into in.
Staff member rang back later to tell me it would be in store later that day, which it was.
No issues with staff, just the promise of next day collection.

I purchased a cordless hedge trimmer by using click & collect. On opening the box when I got home it was clear that the said item was a returned item the blades were marked the trimmer was scuffed there were remains of leaves on the unit itself. It had took me 25mins to get to the store & the same to get back due to high volume of traffic, I then had to repeat the journey to return to the store with the hedge trimmers. After being kept waiting for another 20 minutes in the store while they tracked down a replacement I left the store with my NEW hedge trimmer’s. A-most unsatisfactory experience for a simple click & collect item.

They were so happy and helpful one of your staff took time to help us find the right soil and pot for our roses she was a delight and all the staff were just lovely it makes you want to go back we live in Stafford and we went to the Cannock because we bought some outdoor garden furniture there but we will go back because they were so lovely well done to your company best wishes Carol cooper
