Homebase - Broadstairs Omdömen 

My wife and my self visited our local Homebase store today went out side into garden where a member of staff was watering the plants to which they were not concentrating on what they were doing and wet me quite a lot I said to the person you have just wet me, they just grind no apology, when back in side where there two males who were messing around shouting throwing things at each other swearing making a nusence of them self mentioned it to a member of staff her reply was they work here there like it all time the member of staff did not seem to be that bothered, I thought that is not the way to carry on while at work and in front of customers

Easy to order my in stock item. Received notification that collection was ready, went to store showed I'd. It was as easy as that. Thank you.

Ordering system works as does the click and collect. Lovely member of staff.

I went to get paint today and I was SO impressed by the excellent service I received from the paint department. The guy behind the desk was so helpful and helped identify the paint I needed for my hallway. I needed to do some touching up but the original tin didn’t have the colour. Another guy helped me to get all the materials needed to paint the outside of my house.
I fet like i had two personal shoppers.

Found a mower that was out of stock apart from the display model . Which I was prepared to buy. Was told policy is not to sell off the floor. My loss and yours. Mower was your own brand 1200 model. Not available on line,so presumed to be discontinued.

From ordering to delivery quick and easy plus super discount at checkout saving me money.Wallpaper is lovely looking forward to hanging it on my walls.Homebase was cheaper than any other companies i looked at.Many thanks Homebase.

We bought a garden table and chairs costing £1440 it is really a lovely set but we had a problem with the table went back to store and within a couple of hours problem was sorted fantastic staff so so helpful will definitely shop there again well done homebase

I went into my local Homebase store in Broadstairs Kent looking for a colour paint I had seen on their website.
A shop assistant named ‘Stef asked if I needed any help I told him the brand and the colour of paint I was looking for which they had but only in a large tin and I wanted a smaller size, he suggested that he could mix up the colour paint I wanted for me in a smaller tin which he did. He also ‘up sold’ me some plastic dust sheets, he was really really helpful so I think he needs a big thanks and a mention as his customer service was 5*****.

The employee Charley at the Broadstairs Kent branch may benefit from further development in customer service skills.
It seems she is not fully engaged in her role and may need support in improving her interactions with customers.
During a recent visit, she was perceived as being somewhat dismissive and unhelpful when asked about product availability.
Fortunately, another staff member was able to locate the item that Charley had initially said was out of stock.
Additionally, there were challenges with the click and collect process, as one young man seemed unsure of how to proceed and did not follow up on getting assistance as promised and walked off.
Overall, there are opportunities for improvement in the customer service and operational effectiveness at this branch.
