From beginning to end, the service was excellent. Easy search and find online; the process was seamless and the lady who served me at The Collection Point was extremely professional, polite and helpful. I couldn't be happier and will be purchasing more at Homebase Bredbury.

We went to the Bredbury Homebase and we could not have had better customer service from Gina. She was so helpful, professional and very kind to my 90 year old mum. Gina even helped us take our items to the car. We had an excellent customer experience.

Order was available next day
Order was available next day. Not enough staff to give me order, had to wait for girl on till to finish serving customers before seeing to me, no one came when I pressed bell. Otherwise, I will still shop at homebase.
