From 3rd to 1st choice - very pleased
We were very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness displayed by the Homebase staff, particularly, kitchen designer Paul Kelsey. We visited and had quotes from 3 separate kitchen companies. Paul’s genuine enthusiasm for the quality and value of product actually convinced us to go with Homebase when it had been our 3rd choice!
We are very happy with the Whitstable shaker with vanilla noir worktops and even happier with our choice of supplier.
Well done Homebase!

Not happy with my experience
Having asked for - and paid for - a home delivery I eventually found out that my lawn mower had been delivered to the branch when it didn't turn up at my home. So, not only did I then have to pick it up from the branch, I had to struggle in pain to get it out of my car and into my garage. The reason I wanted a home delivery was to avoid making an existing back injury worse (which I did!). I did contact the on-line delivery team regarding this situation (it wasn't the fault of the branch) but their attitude was far from helpful. As it turned out, I might as well have asked for (free!) 'click and collect' - not happy.
