Homebase - Blandford Forum Omdömen 

If I could give no stars I would. Paid for 2 swimming pools which were supposed to be at Blandford Forum. Travelled 55mins to get there. No pools in stock. The manager was not bothered. 🙄 Travelled to Dorchester as they had one stock. Nope not in stock. Two hours wasted and then told 5-7 days for refund. OMG. This is not how to run a business. So cross!

Your staff are excellent. The girl who served me could not have been any more helpful. They are a credit to home-base. It is such a shame we are losing this great asset in Blandford. Having to work knowing the shop is closing for good must be so very hard. I wish them all well

Easy and quick

Quick, efficient and very friendly member of staff on Customer Services desk at Blandford store.

We were easily able to talk to helpful and knowledgable staff about the products we were buying ( paint and glitter to add to paint).
The paint was on a special offer and the glitter was easy to order online and collect from Homebase

Only 2 people on duty in Blandford Forum. The man picking bespoke paint was also meant to be gathering internet orders. After having been told online that it would be ready after 1 hour, I went in and was told to go and find it myself. The man mixing paint was not apooogetic but rude and obviously stressed. Please pay for enough staff Homebase.

Goods ordered were ready, on a trolley and checked for collection. However the information required about the goods wasn’t immediately available on screen at the point of selection. Would recommend.

Extremely helpful person online who navigated the click and collect process and insisted (in a good way!) On remaining on the phone until the process was completed.
Collection from the store the following day was painless and trouble free.

Easy to order and pickup

I ordered online for click and collect, arrived in store when expected, notified when it was in .

On collection, extremely helpful male assistant offered to carry item out to car. He unboxed it when it wouldn't fit on the back seat and collapsed the box down as well. Very personable young man. Not often you get customer service as good as that.

Order placed online. The web page was clear and extremely easy to navigate.
On completion messaged order will be ready in one hour. It was but for my convenience I chose to collect next day.
On arrival order was ready and on trolly. Employee took to car and loaded. Arrived and away in quite literally 10 mins.
Very happy with all aspects of purchase and collection.

Click and collect. Gave me wrong item, wrong order number, simular product. Customer services won't help ad my order no hasn't been picked up

Needed some worktop. There was an older lady didn’t get the name. Led me to the worktops and went through the different types. Great knowledge and helped me get the one I needed

Friendly, helpful and happy people, so rare nowadays when in shops

Had to buy a lot of compost and was worried about getting it to the car, but needn’t have worried. An older lady on the desk organised for it to be put in my car. Great service.
