Homebase - Bishop Auckland Omdömen 

Only one item was wrong but despite the online click and collect stating it was available, they brought the wrong on to me and tried to give me an alternative which was more money. We got there in the end.

After the order was placed, we received a call that the order was now cancelled due to a stock issue, the stock was not there. Unfortunately we had already set off to the store as we live 40 mins drive away. We asked if we could order an alternative product but still receive the 10% discount, as what was offered online.
We were met with the most appalling customer service. A very abrupt no, that’s online only. No consideration at all the this was a Homebase issue that caused this. The lady on customer service that day was shockingly bad. She clearly did not want to be there. I have to say, one of the worst levels of customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t ever go back to that particular store.

Customer service is very bad
Wanted to buy another storage box and asked if you can still get the 20 percent off due to the fact that I already bought 3 on click and collect. The promotion is big 3 get 20 percent off. But she told me no. Hence I could have just cancelled the all order and reordered the all things. But it's seem that she is not fully literate and due to the fact that she look discusted when she had to serve me. Education in customer is a much for homebase and treat everyone equal no matter what??

i recently purchased a Toomax Stora Way 842L Garden Storage Box - Anthracite from the Bishop Auckland branch. I was pleased with the price, especially with the 10% promo discount. A helpful staff member even assisted in bringing the large package to my car. My only complaint is that I had to travel 20 miles from Stockton-on-Tees. It would be great if you could consider opening a branch in my town.

Easy to order on line - fair price and ready for me to collect so I could get on with the job.

I Had travelled to several different stockists to buy a BBQ’s without success until visiting Homebase at Bishop Auckland. Was lucky to be helped by an excellent staff member called Les who spent time with me to choose the best type to suit my needs. He was very attentive and informative with a very pleasant manner, he went over and above to help me even taking the BBQ out to my car and lifting into my boot. Les is a credit to the company!
