Homebase - Birmingham Sutton Coldfield Omdömen 

The box wasn't sealed, Asked the assistant to check for a sealed box. Which she did. However, on her return she informed me that this was the only one in store. I didn't take it out the box in store. However, now found it has loads of scratches on the solar panels.
Just now, I've been on the website, and it says that they've got 2 in stocks. I am not very happy as I have to take time out to return it. Hopefully, they will offer a solution or ensure I get a sealed one when i return.

I had an excellent experience at Homebase with Ann and Dave. They treated me with respect, showed empathy towards my issue, and even provided a discount on the product. As a result, I am now a very happy customer!

The stuff was ready when l went to pick it up.
The staff were friedly and helpfull.

If you haven't got a drill then you can't put it together, it doesn't say you need a drill, none of the holes are drilled , why not 100% finish the making of the product so the customer can assemble as per the product claim,
Besides that it's fairly straightforward, I can't finish now with buying or borrowing a drill from somewhere

Really easy to collect helpful staff and very informative.

We came in with an idea in mind for the bathroom.
After having spoken to Jennie, who was super helpful, we designed our bathroom totally different!
We had a budget which she tried to stick to as best she could.
We came back for a second consultation and nothing was too much trouble.
She had some great ideas, some I’d never thought of!

Item was faulty, no further items in stock. Had a battle to return fan which was not fit for purposes with a broken cable connection. Partial refund eventually received. Doubt I’ll use this retailer again and would advise everyone to avoid.

I had excellent customer service in store today. I was very surprised, on previous visits the customer service has been non existent.

Helen at the new Oscott store was helpful and professional. She helped with ordering our table which wasn’t in stock in store.
The staff at the store are always a brilliant ambassadors for your company. I would also like to mention Teresa who always chats to my daughter when we are there, my child actively looks for her as she says she is a very nice kind lady ( my daughter is 7)

I called up the store to see if my item was I'm stock, they confirmed it was and said I could collect it on the same day. The lady said she would put the item ay the customer service desk. I later collected it and was really happy with the item. Customer service was great and the process was so simple. Thank you
