Homebase - Birmingham Selly Oak Omdömen 

I picked what I wanted and went to the till. There was a que and 2 more tills were opened straight away. Brian served me and thanked us for the business. The lawnmower is amazing and does what it needs to do.

Staff went above and beyond. Dave was extremely helpful and even packed my order into my car!

At collect point, staff were a little rude. He was tapping away at his computer not looking up and explaining I may have to wait… it’s not the customer experience I was expecting.

The team at sellyoak are always a pleasure. I shop here often as I know I will always get 5* service

Fabulous item bought from homebase.
It was the indoor/outdoor avon garden fabric corner set.
Was very heavy and 2 shop assistants helped my partner and son to gey it in the van

The service we received was excellent in store at Selly Oak on Sunday 28th July 24. We were attended to by Soraya who went out of her way to help us purchase garden furniture. She was a massive help and was so lovely, couldn't have done more for us. She is an asset to the team, thank you Soraya.

Recently visited the Selly Oak branch to buy some paint. I was served by a chap named Liam, I saw that he was busy when I approached with a question but it was no trouble to him at all to stop and lend me some advice. His knowledge of paint was very good and I made my purchase with confidence after talking to him. Thank you, will definitely be in again.

Quick and easy ordering, easy collection. Store staff really helpful especially Alisaya. Item as expected

So-called 'sale' pricing at best misleading or at worst deceitful..... row of similar goods with large same pricing.... but it turns out that this price did not apply to the one just above the price. Reminds me of the old story about Poundland (now not relevant).... whats the price?... Its a pound..... new one for Homebase.... what the price on the ticket?.... not the price it suggests.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.
They gave me all the information I needed regarding the warranty and returns policy.

Never a problem buying on-line to collect from my local Homebase.

I’ve always loved the click and collect service you offer - quick and easy and I’ve never had any problems. The staff at Selly Oak are normally really helpful and they go above and beyond to help you. However, this was not my experience on this occasion. The member of staff who was serving was efficient but unfortunately quite solemn, and he looked like it was the last place he wanted to be. I was carrying my baby daughter in her sling, and I clearly had my hands full but there was no interaction or offer of help whatsoever!

I went homebase on Saturday i met lovely young staff man his name was Ewan .. very young he is but very a professional young smile during his help for me to fine the correct product for my bathroom silling.. he is great x

Used click and collect - easy to navigate and place order - order was ready for collection within an hour of placing. Picked up from store and was served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful - just the sort of staff these stores need. Carried my heavy item to the car without hesitation. Credit to the store.

They sent us away to access the Spear and Jackson warranty registration. However SJ site does not offer the product ref on their drop down menu.
Either they need to sort spear and jackson out or discontinue stocking
them. Their 10 year warranty cost an extra £10 over homebase own brand but is not valid unless registered.
I blame both Homebase andSJ for this.
Will probably return the product and buy elsewhere.

Great experience, staff were helpful and Sue who was at the checkout was as friendly as usual!
