Homebase - Belfast Omdömen 

A staff member called john who works in the garden department carried soul out to my car. Lovely man.

I ordered two different paints both in stock and selected Belfast as I was in Belfast for a meeting. I paid on line and once at the store I was told they did not have two of 3 paint in stock I ask why did it state it was. I was told I could try the other Belfast store but I told him no as I will go to Antrim which is closer to my home and it's in stock there too. I got a text to say 5 working days for my refund. If I went to screwfix or B&Q it states it's in stock and u get it not here. I then drove to Antrim what a difference greeted with a smile can we help took me to the paint which was in stock as stated. Just a big thank you to John and Jackie in Homebase Antrim so helpful.

Brilliant staff ,actually only went down to collect and buy paint rollers , met a shop worker guy who is over timber section , he spent 20 minutes of his time explaining about xmas tree light settings and what we actually required , yes we bought as Homebase has 20% of . He deserves 5 ***** if only all staff where like this in other shops they would get sales .

Ordered on line and received the promised message to advise goods were available for collection. At the store the goods were available quickly. Good service.

I also needed to buy some loft insulation rolls and asked for some help. A lady called Karen was fantastic and helped me load the rolls into my car. Many thanks for your help - you’re a star.

On making our appointment with Homebase for a kitchen consultation I wasn’t convinced that they would be able to match or do better than the three other places we had been to. However Peter soon made us think again! He came up with a fantastic design, was extremely knowledgeable about all the ranges on offer, had excellent ideas for our space and was hugely personable to chat with. I was surprised at the high quality of kitchens on show. Once we had chosen our kitchen Peter was on hand as we finalised the design minutiae and nothing was a problem for him to solve as we ummed and aahed over final choices.
Huge thanks to Peter and Homebase we can’t wait to see the kitchen installed!

I ordered 4 garden planters for click and collect on your website on the website it said that the 4 items were available for collection at my local store in Belfast so I went a head and paid for the items next day I got a text to say that my order was being cancelled and that I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days so I was not very happy so I waited another day and heard nothing from home base so I went to my local store in Belfast to see what happened I spoke to a lady at customer service and she said 2 items from my order were not available the other 2 items were ready for collection no one informed me that they were ready for collection so I took my items and left the store not a very happy customer this is the second time I have ordered items on line and when I go and collect its not available I shop in homebase all the time I get emails from homebase all the time with offers I don't think I will shop on line and in store with homebase any more I think I might try one of the other diy stories in my local area

We had a large package and a small car. Michael said he was sure it would fit, brought the package out for us and helped us put it in the car.

Three out of four panels that were presented to me where physically damaged & wouldn’t have been able to be used.

Polite efficient service

Michael the guy that helped us select the power washer is the reason for 5 stars. We was friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was excellent at explaining things to my mum in her 80's for her to make an informed decision.

I visited Homebase, Boucher Road today to buy large planters. As they were very heavy, I was fortunate to be helped by Michael. Every store needs someone like Michael! He was so helpful, put the planters in trolley, took them to the cashier and then to my car for me. Exceptional service!!

The lady and gentleman that assisted us picking up our order were quick and very pleasant. Both staff members are a credit to the company. Having to deal with the public can sometimes be a very thankless task as the paying customer feels that they can treat staff whatever way they want and this doesn’t get recognised. Credit were credit is due. Wonderful service.

Got exactly what I needed including the 3 extra items I picked up in the store. Cashier was very helpful plus 2 staff I asked for directions to what I needed. Well done 👍
