Homebase - Barnstaple Omdömen 

Staff very helpful especialy Izze, when using the paint mixing service, good connection with what we wanted to achive.

I went to Homebase with a brief idea of what I was looking for. I saw Brendon working in an aisle + asked if he could help me. Using photos + speaking to him about what I wanted to do I left the store with everything I needed for the job, including a colour of paint he mixed for me. It meant my visit was much quicker than what I expected it to be. A credit to your store. Thank you Brendon.

Everything was ready for collection when I arrived and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Jimmy was bright, cheery and ready to help. Took me straight to what I needed and offered advise on how best to utilise.
Izzy was a happy shining cashier who could temp anyone into spending more by being so wonderful! Thank you

Went into your store in Barnstaple for a large garden store box. Saw a Keter Darwin 120. Neil one of your employee’s was extremely helpful and put the very large box onto a trolley then wheeled it out and help put it into our car. His customer service was excellent. It was a pleasure to shop in your store and have excellent help.

I started going to Homebase last year on the off chance they would have some quality bathrooms as this was somewhere I had not been for a long time. Since that time, I have not looked back. Customer service is excellent, nothing is too much bother to help and advise you. Quality is outstanding, my plumber commented on what great products I had purchased. Would recommend Homebase, particularly the Barnstaple branch for the large amounts of products and excellent customer service!

Barnstaple staff are really lovely and helpful especially Nick who help me find my product after looking for a very long time.

My Grandson decided to throw his soft toy dog into the air whilst I was looking at photo frames, but unfortunately it did not come straight back down, but instead it landed between the two rows of shelves.
I went to customer services and spoke to Izzy who contacted Andy who was on his break. Andy eventually managed to retrieve the soft toy dog.
I would like to thank Andy again for going what I consider to be above and beyond his normal daily duties. Andy and Izzy are a credit to the Barnstaple Homebase store.
