Holsem refuses to give me a replacement even though I have a 12 month warantee card and bought it brand new. CS agent Sophia makes up lies and says its "basically illegal" for anyone else to sell these but them. (Yeah okay, cheap legal team too). Also went as far as to say I might have bought a fake product. (Your products are fake so good point).
Overall a poor design and knock off like all the other air fryers of this style. Using the same components and suppliers while making you think your getting a good product like the other cheap brands doing the same thing.
One person on Amazon had their counter top catch on fire using this thing. This company wont last long once the lawsuits start coming at them

Since you purchased this product from ebay, it is not from us or any authorized dealer – we only sell this product on Amazon directly by HOLSEM. We are sorry for your experience, but we cannot provide any service for unauthorized sales/purchase – it’s basically illegal to sell our products without permission and maybe this is a fake product. At this point, the best advice I can give to you is to contact whoever sold this product to you for aftersales services.
In the future, if you want to purchase authentic products, please go to our store on Amazon or our official website. And please make sure you are always purchasing products from authorized dealer.
