Horrible experience
Absolutely, undoubtedly, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had to endure. When I arrived I guess the lady I was with (my sister) wasn’t dressed to the receptions standards. And she thought it was in her job description to all but call her a who**snd refuse her access to a luggage cart. She was so embarrassed she wouldn’t leave the room the entire stay. Then when I made the attempt to speak to someone about it took me a hour just to find someone who cared enough to leave the manager Jacqueline a note to call me and it’s been 36 hours now and I’ve heard nothing from no one. They then used my brother coming up to the hotel and asking the service desk to call up to make sure we were awake as “ suspicious activity” and thought it necessary to call the police invade isn’t. The privacy or what we thought to be private of our room search the room and its contents and when they couldn’t find anything to arrest us for they arrested my ole lady for a bullshit warrant and banned her from the casino. The most intrusive, dis respectful, hateful, nosy, staff and treatment I’ve ever had. And not a single one of the management staff even cared enough to acknowledge my issue they made jokes about it when I tried to call told me the manager is busy when they have time for me they will call me if I want to leave a callback. 0 out of ten wouldn’t recommend !
If you can’t tell how much Hollywood casino respects or cares for its guests/players . ( who spend thousands and thousands off dollars at the casino/ hotel. They’re the only company I’ve reviewed who didn’t even care enough to respond to the review. Or even to return one of my dozen phone calls.
