Prompt and nicely packaged
It arrived very quickly and the packaging was lovely- as it was a gift that was important.
I ordered another item from the same brand from another retailer ( as it was priced better) but it took ages to come & it was not in the branded packaging so not as good an experience as with yourselves.

Excellent customer service
I had been searching for a long time for a particular type of ring and finally found one on this website, I know it’s always a risk (from previous experience with other vendors) purchasing such an expensive item online. I need not have worried as the ring was dispatched promptly and arrived the very next day. I’m really happy with it as it is better than expected. Well packaged too so as to not to draw attention to what was inside. Thank you

My third purchase from this company
My third purchase from this company. A reversible blue john pendant for my wife's birthday. Lovely item, very fast delivery and securely packaged. I've said before the thing I like is what you see on the website is what you actually get so you can make an informed choice.
