I recommend Patrick Holford books on a virtual daily basis. Healthy aging, improve your diet are two that I carry round with me when speaking and engaging on stalls.
So this is the first time i have been very disappointed with a purchase.
Not impressed with the quality of the print; recipes I already have in your previous book and so repetition and one has low fat mayonnaise and low fat Greek yoghurt.
They fill that with modified starch. Since when have we been promoting that??

Fast improvement after taking digestpro
So far my last recent purchase of supplements have helped me with a health issue in a very short space of time. No problems with delivery either. I only deducted one star due to the change in size of the previous order of vitamin pills making it hard to swallow. Thank you.

Answer the phone when I ring to place an order . When a message from me is left , to return my call .This happens nearly every time I try to place an order . I have no idea why the system does not work .

We apologise that you had trouble getting through to us. We have checked our log and see that for your most recent order it was when our customer service team were out on a training day. We did have cover in place, but unfortunately it was a busy day, and we are sorry that your message was not responded to until the next day.
We do have a system that when a voice message is left on the phone it appears on our email system as an audio message and we aim to respond same day and definitely within 48 hours. The phone system is working as expected, however if you have any issues please email us at customerservice@holfordnutrition.com so we can raise it with the phone company immediately.

Easy to navigate website. Excellent products. However when spending £175 I find it unimpressive to be charged £6.95 for delivery. This will not stop me using Holford but is nevertheless a niggle!

Best supplements ever
I’ve been following Patrick Holford’s work since 2000, and I’m continually amazed by the accuracy and value of his advice. I own almost all of his books and followed the Low GI Bible for many years with great results.
I’ve also tried his Omega 3 and ImmuneC supplements, and in my experience, they are the best on the market. The Omega 3 with peppermint oil is essential for me, as I cannot tolerate the aftertaste of fish oil. ImmuneC has been more effective than any other immune support supplement I’ve used.
Patrick Holford’s knowledge and products never fail to impress me. My next step is to try the chromium and cinnamon supplement, and I’m confident it will be just as outstanding. By following his advice on managing my type 2 diabetes, I was able to completely overcome it.
Thank you, Patrick, for sharing your wisdom and making such a positive difference in my life.
