I placed an order for vinyl that was out of stock, the chap was very organised, polite and helpful and sorted my order quickly, including an expected delivery date.

Fab staff, very helpful
I was searching a few dvds for my nephew for Christmas. I couldn't find the ones I wanted. I asked a staff member who said it's easier to order on our website, which I did and received all 3 of them within 2 weeks. Easy to order, fab service.

Staff are friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I sometimes go in to try a CD by an artist/band I don't know anything about - I always get good advice/recommendations from the staff. LONG LIVE THE CD AND LONG LIVE HMV!
