the staff are grate but the goods wear sent back even though i had payed for them and i believe i only received one notification I expect full compensation for your lack of care of customers goods you have shown me to date

Fab staff, very helpful
I was searching a few dvds for my nephew for Christmas. I couldn't find the ones I wanted. I asked a staff member who said it's easier to order on our website, which I did and received all 3 of them within 2 weeks. Easy to order, fab service.

Staff are friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I sometimes go in to try a CD by an artist/band I don't know anything about - I always get good advice/recommendations from the staff. LONG LIVE THE CD AND LONG LIVE HMV!
