Easy to order in store
Easy to order in store once it was clarified by the friendly and helpful staff that the record I wanted wasn’t in stock. The record arrived in store within a few days and was collected easily too.

I can't quite believe that you sold out…
I can't quite believe that you sold out of a CD by a top selling artist and were never going to get new stock. I found it strange and frustrating that I had to order the said CD by post....!!!!
