I’ve never been to hvm before but I’m planning on going there soon! I just wanna ask a few questions before I do!
1. I’m a very huge K-pop fan and I like over 15 groups so I just wanna ask what groups are in your store and if they’re sold out or not, a small list of groups would be perfect! (I like Katseye too!)
2. What time do you guys open, what time do you close and what days are you open? I’d love to know!
Those are all the questions (I can think of) but I’m giving you guys a five stars just in case I’m IN LOVE with your store but if I ever don’t like something I just give it 3 or 4 stars since I’m not that mean😅
But I will be coming soon! I’m really excited to see you guys!

I came into the store to pick up my click and collect boxed set, when I arrived the box already waiting for me, I showed my ID and was promptly given my purchase.

I don’t generally buy from HMV but …
I don’t generally buy from HMV but I was given a gift card for my birthday when I finally went in there to buy something two of my favourite bands had released albums so I picked up the Yes album Aurora and went to get the Hawkwind album Psychedelic selection but disaster they didn’t have it in the shop but the lady behind the counter said I could order it which she did two days later I picked it up from the shop
I found the service to be quick and efficient it is definitely worth a trip to see them

Still waiting on my order arriving. Ordered on the 23rd April for instore collection. Dispatched next day (supposedly) . 3rd May still waiting for email saying I can pick it up.

Please be advised that although we do dispatch our pre-orders with the aim of a release date delivery, we are regrettably unable to guarantee this. It is, however, unusual that an order is not received by the release date, and for this, we offer our apologies.

Beth was very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My item wasn't in and it was for my nephew's birthday and she ensured that this would be delivered before his birthday.
