Was really good they ordered into store the cd I wanted and were really helpful it arrived very quickly and it was easy to collect from the store when it came in

I wanted a DVD
I wanted a DVD - Tower Block - which the shop did not have in stock, but they ordered a copy from their Head Office or Warehouse. Whichever, the DVD was received at the store within 48 hours and I received confirmation via email. I called in store to collect the DVD the day after it arrived at the Ipswich store. All in all an excellent effort by all concerned. Many Thanks!

Great selection of albums, DVDs and Merchandise
Such a great experience we had at the Ipswich HMV, very knowledgeable and friendly staff helped us find all the albums we were looking for, including CDs old horror films from their brilliant selection. They also had the artist Conner Adams singing in store which created a engaging and energetic atmosphere. Can't wait to get in there again and spend some money 🤑
