Jess at the metrocentre store is absolutely the definition of customer service, there was an item out of stock and she went above and beyond to try to locate one for me, sadly no luck but she did order the other item I was looking for with home delivery which arrived super quickly. I wanted to leave a review with the hear my voice card but sadly the link wouldn’t work but I wanted to pass on my thanks to Jess and to tell you guys she’s a 10/10 employee, she did everything she could to try get me a lightsaber umbrella I was looking for as a gift.
