most of items delivered on time issue with two items which was picked up before delivery and replaced and sent out separately so overall a good experience.

The staff team at FOPP were incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. It’s always a pleasure shopping there - and a good deal more so than the mainstream HMV stores as a rule

Always trouble free, easy to navigate and buy online, select collect at the most convenient store, loads of info and tracking updates. Store staff really helpful, whats not to love.

On hold for hours
I phoned to ask if I could get a vinyl signed on my behalf that i pre-ordered as the trains were cancelled to get to the event on time, however I spent over 2 hours on hold and still didn't get through to anyone.
