I had a generally positive experience…
I had a generally positive experience with HMV Crawley. There were some minor hiccups, like delays in communication about my order and a small mix-up with my name. However, I was pleased with the follow-up service, including free home delivery when an item wasn’t initially available in-store. When everything arrived, it was perfect, and being able to collect from the store saved me postage. Overall, a good experience, just a few areas for improvement.

staff are friendly and helpful, when i could not find a bluray in the shop they had a look as well and could not find it either , so we ordered both as it was a 2 for £30 deal
