The customer service was brilliant and I found them very helpful when I was looking for a certain CD, it wasn't in store but then I was told It could be ordered. The CD arrived within a few days

Doncaster store
Ordered funko pop at Doncaster store for delivery to Carlisle. The person in Store ordered incorrect funko pop and by the time I got a email I was unable to change it as it had already been despatched. When went to Carlisle store to collect and ask for a refund they said that they were unable to do, either had to go back to Doncaster or had to change for something else??? It was not my fault that the incorrect item had been ordered by the Doncaster staff but HMV Carlisle would not give me a refund even though item was intact and I had a receipt - I will never order anything from HMV again as I now have a product that I already have

HMV Carlisle has friendly and helpful…
HMV Carlisle has friendly and helpful staff who provide excellent customer service, including quickly arranging home delivery for out-of-stock items. However, the store's layout feels cluttered and overwhelming, making it hard to navigate, especially for parents with prams or those with mobility challenges. While the product range is good and service efficient, the shopping experience could be improved by better organization. Overall, an average experience.

Unexpected bank charge from hmv.com
Prices were reasonable and the deals on offer are excellent. Although i did receive an unexpected bank charge from hmv.com of £102.98.
