everyone was extremely nice and helpful. the service at the tills was amazing including pleases and thank yous ; which is highly unlikely nowadays! i was super impressed!

Excellent Customer Service
I went to the Leigh-Anne record signing event. It was very well managed and the staff were great in helping those with mobility issues and disabilities. Staff are always kind and helpful everytime I visit.

I thought the service was good layout…
I thought the service was good layout of store was good and most of all the molotovs were ace ,sound system and plenty of space to move around .

We visited to see and hear…Mika and musicians
We visited the store to see and hear MIKA talking about his new music. Checked out the venue early afternoon and were served by Beth who issued wristbands, the CDs and checked our tickets quickly and pleasantly. She pointed out the location in the store and we were able to leave for a drink and return in time to listen to fabulous Mika. A well organised and very enjoyable event. Thank you!

Reliable
Used HMV since my teens... Always have what I want , and often throws up a hidden gem.... Love the Sales more to be honest.. Have gotten very pricey over the recent yrs .

I ordered an out of stock item after…
I ordered an out of stock item after staff in a HMV store helpfully explained that it would be coming back in shortly. After ordering I received updates on progress and it arrived after a couple of weeks, earlier than anticipated. Well packaged (vinyl).

Positive Signing Experience
This was the first signing I genuinely enjoyed. We had enough time to talk to the singer, no one was rushing us, and we were able to take photos comfortably. All signings should follow this format. The experience with Jessie J was excellent.

Ordered 2 cds together ,1 has arrived…
Ordered 2 cds together ,1 has arrived but still waiting for the other. Pointless ringing the store in Birmingham,even have to pay 7pence per minute and your phone providers charge as well after 3 attempts of calling no one bothers to answer.
