everyone was extremely nice and helpful. the service at the tills was amazing including pleases and thank yous ; which is highly unlikely nowadays! i was super impressed!

As a disabled person I was impressed…
As a disabled person I was impressed that provison was made for seats to be available for disabled people to sit down while queing to meet Rory for the signing and that I was able to take a break and return to my place in the queue if I needed to. Staff were polite and helpful at all times. The whole experience was brilliant.

Store is huge with plenty of stock but absolutely freezing
Went to pick up my order before a meet and greet, staff were polite and welcoming. The store was tidy, well stocked and organised. The meet and greet was also very well controlled and organised, however the store was absolutely freezing, staff were wrapped up in several layers so if you did need help you didn't know who to ask on the floor as they couldn't be distinguished between customers

Anytime I visit a hmv store, the staff are always friendly and help the best way they can.

Good service from HMV let down by Royal Mail
Pre-ordered a vinyl from the Birmingham store which was dispatched for delivery to arrive the day before official release. Unfortunately HMV used Royal Mail who were their usual useless selves and decided to deliver three days later. Not HMV's fault.
