hmv (UK) - Basingstoke Omdömen 

I was told it was out of stock when I paid for it. It was restocked and sent out quickly within four days.

Album arrived bang on in time and in very good condition.

Always such friendly and helpful staff in Basinsgstoke branch. I have yet to find an exception to this happy rule!

the person who served me, Holly, was extremely helpful and competent and helped me place an item that wasn't in stock at the store.. My order was promptly received within a very short time, after only 2 to 3 days.

Helpfulness of HMV assistant in the Basingstoke store. I didn't have the correct title but thanks to the young man's patience and perseverance he found the DVD I wanted. Placing the order and arranging to have it delivered to the store was easy.

Website became slower and slower as I added CD's to my basket (over 2 minutes to add the 11th one!). A further fault meant I couldn't reach the payment screen to complete the order. Stores cannot accept orders over the phone (!?). I had to visit my local store (Basingstoke) where the staff were brilliant. Super helpful and friendly. Order placed and CD's now received.

The staff at your Basingstoke branch were most helpful and polite. Please keep this store open as it’s very convenient at the festival centre.

Staff are always very helpful. The CD section in Basingstoke is very mixed and would be nice if someone could seperate Jazz and Classical from Rock, Folk and Pop. Have you ever thought of Pre-owned Vinyl?

Picked up my order from Basingstoke, the person who served was very friendly, we have a short conversation regarding the albums I had brought, really friendly staff

The person working there really helped and went out of their way to find a solution for me. (Sorry I didn’t get their name.) The LP I wanted to order as a gift wasn’t in store but they put an order in and it was delivered to my door a few days later!

Very straightforward when collecting in store .

I asked for help to find Raye’s new CD as it was out of stock. Holly found a cd but unfortunately it was the old one, not the latest one. She did think there was a copy in stock and I guess assumed it was what she found.
I got it home before checking and my husband opened it before I could see the mistake.
Is it possible to return it?

HMV is truly a wonderful and generally positive store. the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly too. The store has a great selection of physical media, and a positive in-store experience, cheers!

The assistant was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. You didn't have the product in the store, but he ordered it for me for home delivery. It arrived within a couple of days

HMV had COD on a really good deal, took the empty PS5 case to the till and the server said that they don't actually keep the discs in store and that you have to order them. They said that you could get ot delivered for free. So I opted for that and it was delivered to my home 2 days later. Really quick service and the worker was really helpful.

The order has not been fulfilled, didn't realise till Christmas eve when I opened the box, no way to complain, difficult to find out who to contact. That'll be after Christmas now.Not impressed, and certainly won't be using this service again, if it's not in the shop then I'll try somewhere else.
