Very happy with the staff in the Crawley branch. They're very helpful and I get everything I pretty much want in there when I order it and they phone me and let me know it's all there. So yes I will continue using them.

Duff earbuds
Was given the wrong parcel when I went to collect. Took it back the next day- confusion as other customer had similar name. Unfortunately they had come in after me so I hope they contacted them to let them know it was in. Product I was collecting were a pair of ROAR earbuds which were a replacement but unfortunately they are no better. Do not connect with my phone and do not keep their charge. Looked up their website; not helpful and reviews on Reddit were almost universally negative with similar complaints. Will be returning second pair for a refund, I would advise you stop stocking these products- not your fault just a poor quality product that isn't even cheap.

Commandes de plusieurs vinyles sur internet avec envoi rapide et très bon suivi de livraison.
Souci avec un vinyle que j’ai renvoyé avec une étiquette retour prépayée.
Le service client a fait son job mais devrait penser à une ristourne quand on sait que le vinyle n’a pas été abîmé lors du transport.
J’ai recommandé mon vinyle comme une nouvelle commande…et l’affaire était réglée…
Malgré ça je retournerai sûrement sur cette boutique .
