Using the hitpayapp is a breeze.

Reliable! I would highly recommend Hitpayapp, I have been using it for a few of my businesses and so far, it's been really reliable and helpful for my e-commerce businesses. They accept a variety of payment methods which is great. Hoping they would have instalment payment options available soon. I have also recommended to my friends who were looking for a payment gateway which was fast approval and could accept credit card payments at events without having to register for a POS device. They could create & accept payments straight from their mobile phones. The app is great! Keep up the great work.

Hitpay is a no brainer for small businesses. You can get started (and a lot more) with a zero monthly subscription package. It's easy to use and if you did enter to but a terminal the prices are competitive.

Great for Singapore SME's, you can integrate many local SG BNPL options like atome, grab paylater. For overseas, since there is wechat and alipay+, you can accept payments from many asian countries.

Sad that there is no BNPL integration for overseas users like klarna though

Hitpay has been a great platform for all of our POS and invoices. It is easy to integrate and switch between different hardware, i.e. tablet, phone, laptop and connection between devices on bluetooth printers is seamless. Data extraction for monthly revenues and transactions are easy to retrieve. Also on the payment options, they have been progressively adding new payment options.

Hitpay has allowed my customers to pay via PayNow which is a more commonly used payment mode now. As a trusted payment gateway, it means safe transactions for both customers and my business. As a business owner, I am also assured that the payments come through on time. So it is a win-win for both my customers and me!

“As a merchant, I have plenty of options for payment solutions. I switched to HitPay during the COVID period because I didn’t want to be tied down with an annual subscription, despite their higher fees. The payment process has generally been smooth, with timely transactions. However, the after-sales service needs improvement. As a small business, I feel like my concerns aren’t given much attention. I’ve encountered some issues and found their support unfriendly, and there seems to be a fee for assistance, which wasn’t clear when I signed up.

Additionally, I requested door decals to promote their services after relocating, but was disappointed to learn I needed to collect them in person during their office hours, which isn’t convenient. Occasionally, their system requires an update while I’m processing a payment in front of a customer, causing delays.

Overall, I’m giving 3 stars because the payments are reliable and smooth, but improvements in customer service and system efficiency would make a big difference.”
