Phil and Richard were prompt and sorted the issues with my main door and flooring instantly.

Simon from Hills Group helped me resolve the snagging issues in my flat on November 4th, and the experience was outstanding. He was incredibly responsive, efficient, and thorough in addressing every detail. All the issues were sorted out quickly and to a high standard.

Shockingly poor. No backbone. No knowledge of what they are doing or how they do it. Staff not armed or qualified to comment. Boring. Sad.

Mia has been instrumental in understanding and resolving issued for my house in 20 Constantine Drive Chesterford Meadows. She is a good listener and never upsets the customer.

I've called the company for a floor heating problem in October, they still didn't show up. Totally careless and arrogant lady on the phone.

Ben fixed many snagging problems in my apartment. He visited over several days and did a good job fixing all the problems. He was polite, friendly and very tidy.

Kevin from Hills was coming to work on my flooring on Thursday 23rd June which had some marks throughout the property.
Kelvin was on time and very knowledgeable about the work he was going to do.
He explained what he was going to do and did a really good job.

I love these guys I buy stone, building sand ballast and sharp sand from these guys. They're well priced, helpful and pleasant to deal with and always try and help as much as possible.
