I called 4 times because I had a repair at my place they said some 1 will call to book appointment and till now no 1 called.
When I call and said I have been calling 3 times for my repair request they said complain is not log in.how.can this possible when I spoke to someone who said everything is done.
Vey bad customer service every 1 is not taking responsibility.

Really professional team. Simon did an excellent job fixing our broken ceiling with perfection. He was right on time and we highly recommend him.
