Highbridge Caravans Omdömen

We had a recent recall on our Coachman Laser 845 caravan with regards to the habitat door. Booked it in with services at Highbridge and dropped it off on the required date. On drop off I mentioned about a few small issues which required looking at and which Highbridge accepted was covered under warranty, They added to the work already booked in. 1 week later the servicing dept ( an exceptional lady called Debbie) called to say all work has been done and is ready for collection. Checked over caravan and could not fault the work or the first class service that the Highbridge team had done, throughout this whole process Debbie kept us informed and was so nice and polite and nothing was too much trouble, Debbie is a massive credit to Highbridge Caravans. Thank you. Highbridge Caravans are simply an excellent dealership providing first class practices and services. 5 stars are not enough.

Alternator failed on my 61 plate VW California I bought from Highbridge, Devon a year ago. Contacted the service department who could not have been more helpful. I told them the van was booked in for a service with a local workshop not on their list of usual companies but the service desk lady said to just get them do the alternator work and send them the invoice. Made life so much straightforward. Highbridge, Devon have been consistently outstanding with both vans I have bough from them and will be the company I go to for any future purchases. After sales and service are simply outstanding. Thank you.

Again had another great and very positive experience at Highbridge Caravans Ltd.
Tuesday 24th Sept: I called into Highbridge Caravans to get answers to filling out change of ownership form and to book a service for our new Bailey Phoenix 640.
After speaking with Dean, Lisa and Debbie in After Sales, not only did they answer all my questions but saved me £179 for a service on the Bailey Phoenix as it had already been completed prior to our purchase.
Each time we/I've visited Highbridge Caravan's our experiences have been very positive, informative and very, very helpful.
Thank you Debbie [Supervisor] and Dean for adding additional notes to our purchase records.
We highly recommend Highbridge Caravans to anyone thinking of purchasing a caravan.
Thank you all for giving us peace of mind and being genuine throughout our purchase of the Bailey Phoenix 640 Plus.

Very helpful when I rang up with a query about online sales

We just want to say a massive thank you to Phil, we had a couple of warranty issues on our new caravan. As it is on a seasonal pitch, Phil came out to us and fixed our problems while we were on holiday. We always get a five star service from you guys, from sales to aftersales and service. Thank you again from Mark and Mandy Kimberley

They were brilliant - found just what I needed.

Excellent service from our initial phone enquiry - we were disposing of our motorhome and wanted a caravan in its place. All the staff were brilliant - James helped us through all manner of questions and we collected our van today. Brilliant, so happy.

Quick and easy to order hand held 4 battery fans

The description of the product was clear and inspired interest. Buying online was hassle free and delivery was quicker than anticipated.

Quick and easy

Friendly staff, great service.
Brought our caravan in for warranty work. They were very knowledgeable about what the problem was...
Carried out the work to a high standard.
Phoned us the day before collection to let us know the work had been completed.
Highly recommended

Highbridge Caravans are one of the best dealers I’ve ever purchased from.
Guys if you want a dealer that will look after you when things don’t go right while you’re away in your pride and joy look no further.
Absolutely first class service from after sales service Dean and others in the department.
Thank you Dean your support was fantastic.

Very good service

Was easy to order and the discount was given automatically at checkout...we did go to your devon branch to purchase the chairs & footstools but the delivery of them never arrived so to avoid missing out on the great offer I ordered them online to be delivered to my home.

Wow! What a great company. Ollie & James in the sales team in Somerset and Devon
answered every query & question I had (& there were lots!) Richard gave the most amazing handover & was incredibly thorough and patient (not to mention he had a fab sense of humour too). The shop is really well stocked & staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't give the team high enough praise. They've made my first motorhome buying experience so very easy & relatively stress free. Thank you.

WARNING!!
I bought some items in the accessory shop in Devon yesterday. I was asked if I had bought a new van, which I had not, but was not asked if I was a caravan club member. Discovered later that membership entitled me to a 10% discount which Highbridge would not apply retrospectively when I asked. I was told they did not promote the discount.
To me this says treat Highbridge with extreme caution. I have advised them they will not be on the potential supplier list when I look at new vans later this year. Needless to say this did not seem to bother them. Arrogant!!!
