As they were out of the 1.5 m QED cable I ordered, they offered me the same identical cable in 3m size at no extra cost. Shipping to France took less than a week.Prices are highly competitive as compared to the Continent as well.

Good, attentive service and great prices
Good company. I'd hoped for next day delivery, but when they were out of stock of an item I got a prompt e mail re-setting my expectations. Product arrived thereafter as fast as was possible. So although they were slower than initially promised, I appreciated the good open communication and fast solution.

Superb prices and amazingly fast delivery - perfect!
Best prices I could find anywhere for a pair of Audioquest Forest 1.4 hdmi cables, and delivered next day for a very reasonable delivery charge. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb service!
I purchased an audioquest forest optical cable for connecting an apple express to my AV receiver enabling me to airplay my iTunes library. The cables length options offered shorter cables keeping the rear of my equipment neat & tidy. Hificables.co.uk offered the best price which included free delivery. Their website gives informative product description for decision making and delivery time was incredibly quick!

Delivered as promised.

I have shopped with Hificables before and I have always received a five star service. This time I purchased two cables, one not in stock but the communication was excellent and, as soon as the missing item was sourced (it only took a couple of days), the delivery was prompt, with a tracking code. Needless to say, the cables were brand new, in their original packages, there was a paper invoice in the parcel and I received a small discount for being a returning customer. Highly recommended.
