Delivery driver
Used to have a lovely man from the middlewich depot come and deliver our parts and he was always chatty and friendly but last few deliveries we have had another delivery guy who doesn’t speak and just throws the parts onto the floor and leaves.
I did ring up the head office to requested the original delivery drive but was informed that he has left the business which we are disappointed at as he always brightened our day.

good product but not quite an efficient service as lost a point/star for a 2 day delivery when it was supposed to be next day so had to change arrangements for delivery to forestry sites

I have followed this up with our team and can confirm that once they had received your email about the return they did email back asking for the details so that they could issue the returns documents etc but with no response. The item was just shipped back to us and again they responded by email to inform you of the refund transaction made. Unsure why you didn't receive these emails as they were sent back on the links you originally sent us. if you need any further communication please feel free to give the team a call.
