Great customer service
Great customer service!
Edward and the team are always incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. I rent often for work, and whether it’s a busy day or I’m the only customer, the level of service is always consistent.
They work hard to accommodate my rental requests, even when I have to book at the last minute, and I’ve never been left without a vehicle. Traveling for work can be stressful, but knowing I can count on the team at this location always helps my travel plans start off smoothly.
I truly appreciate the consistently great service. Thank you, Edward and team!

They gave me a different car from the…
They gave me a different car from the one I had booked, explaining that it was a better deal. I had reserved an EV, but they gave me a hybrid instead, saying it had a full tank of fuel, while the EV only had about half a battery charge at the time. They also mentioned that the hybrid had more trunk space, but that was not important to me.
However, the car was extremely dirty, and the fuel tank was not actually full, even though I returned it with a full tank.
I already have very low expectations when renting cars from Hertz in the U.S. I choose Hertz mainly because they have many locations and good car availability, but the quality has consistently been poor—whether in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, or Wallingford.

The vehicles interior was dirty with food debris and much other stuff. The windshield with splattered bugs. The vehicle itself was functional and mechanically sound. I rent regularly on a company business account and this is happening regularly. This is not the winter and there is no excuses. I had to clean at home again before travel.
