Hertz - Tucson - East Speedway Boulevard Omdömen 

Service is mid...not horrible but definitely not great. Car size I requested was not available so I was offered a luxury vehicle with $20/per day upcharge. I declined and representative said because SUV requested was not available...price should drop because I was getting a vehicle that was available. Price did not drop but they honored the price I was quoted. Vehicle provided sufficed.

I routinely use this Hertz location for business.
Jason makes everything work smoothly with my rentals. He is very knowledgeable,professional and attentive with my reservations and to any questions I may have. Thank you Jason.

The people at the counter where I rented the car were very shady. I returned the vehicle within 24 hours, having driven only 42 miles. Before returning it, I filled the tank completely, adding about two gallons at a gas station just a couple of blocks from the rental office.

I left the office with a final charge of $98, only to later receive a new invoice with approximately $50 in additional fuel charges. I contacted the corporate office, and they eventually refunded the money.

Although I got my money back, that does not change the fact that they tried to charge me for fuel I had already purchased. It was extremely concerning and left me with the impression that this was an intentional attempt to overcharge us. I would be very cautious about renting from this location. I will never go back to the Hertz on Speedway on Tucson, Arizona. They acted like an Italian mafia with us since the moment we entered their ugly place

Overcharged me by charging me 21$ for 2 gallons of gas despite having filled the tank less than 2 miles from the drop off spot. Add to that I have NO WAY TO DISPUTE THIS. This charge should have been presented WHEN I DROPPED THE VEHICLE OFF thereby giving me an opportunity to dispute this incorrect charge.

Horrible experience with your customer care online! after having to ask for supervisor..supervisor ends up hanging up and never calling me back and the location was closed anyway!!! HORRIBLE!

The employee was the only one working and seemed very stressed. Our reserved vehicle wasn't available, so we were given the choice of paying for an upgrade or driving to another Hertz location. To stay on schedule, we paid for the upgrade.
The vehicle smelled like dog urine and was covered in dog hair. We ended up vacuuming it ourselves and returned it in better condition than we received it.
When we returned the vehicle, I informed the employee about the odor and dog hair. The response was simply, "Sorry, we'll work on that," with no empathy or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and we'll likely use Enterprise for our next rental.
