Reserved a midsize, got a compact. I’m 6 ft and had to be a gymnast to get in and out of car. Stated gas tank full on checkout receipt—it was 3/4. Attendant didn’t seem to care one bit about customer service

I didn’t get my deposit back its been 9 days

Didn’t have the car I was suppose to get, then when it came back I was told it need oil change and etc but anyway, my car that I had was dirty from the last person even had there receipt and water bottles and food. And they don’t answer the phone or return calls….. I thought this hertz would be better but I guess not there all the same!!!! Want be back!!!! Also I returned my car earlier than expected because my expectations where not met!!!

Was the worst rental car I have ever had with Hertz. It had over 110K miles, nneded an oil change, windows were filthy, had only 1/2 tank of gas.

I exclusively rent with Hertz. That being said, I also exclusively used the airport lot. They were sold out of cars for the week that I needed it so I went with the location at La Meridian hotel because they had one available. The customer service agents were extremely kind, professional, and I have no complaints at all with the service. What I have a complaint about is the condition of the vehicle that I rented. I had planned to rent it for a week and took it back the following day because it was so dirty I didn’t want to drive it. I keep my personal vehicle cleaner than that car was. I understand they don’t have a car wash on site there, but they do need to take the cars and clean them, especially the inside. The purpose of the rental was to be able to drop my car off at the shop and go car shopping for a new one. I did not contact Hertz about the condition of the car. I did take pictures and I will contact their customer support when I have a day off of work.
