Hertz - Roseville - North Sunrise Omdömen 

The staff was great. Wish I could of gotten a better deal but the car was very sophisticated and clean. Would rent here again if I get a nice return deal.

Overall experience has been great with this Hertz location, agents are friendly and they do their best to get you on the go as quickly as they can. This is a reminder to everyone though to check your receipts as there was an overcharge on my last rental. I am happy to report Hertz Support did correct the error within a couple of days.

Expedient, courteous and professional service.

I was overcharged for gas at drop-off and sent in proof just to stop receiving communication from them.

The customer service was excellent, and I appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase any additional products or services. The vehicle was clean overall; however, it had an extremely strong marijuana odor. Additionally, the front seat felt loose and made clicking noises when I sat in it. I’m not sure whether this was due to a previous occupant or a potential manufacturing defect, but it was concerning and detracted from the overall experience.

My customer rep is excellent. She is o thorough, professional and pleasant at the same time. I have interacted with her twice now. Brilliant!

So fast, friendly service. I was in and out, driving off in a rental car within 5 minutes.

Quality rental, quality, customer, service, and a smooth experience

Everything was going well at first—I was getting good service and nice cars. I rent almost every week for work, but two months after renting a car in July 2026, they emailed me claiming there were damages. I know I didn’t have any accidents, and I returned the car in great condition. To make matters worse, the email claimed the car was rented on 3/17/2025, which is completely wrong even though the agreement number matched my July 2026 rental. I called to see if it was a scam, but it was legit and they said they’re investigating. After this, I'm definitely not renting from Hertz again. I've also read blogs about other people dealing with this exact same thing.

Good collection of Cars and always got an upgrade.
Hertz staff was courteous to add Fastrack since I took the car in the evening though my booking was from morning.
