Worst Service Ever
I rent the car and didn't get what I wanted. I pick it up and told it was checked out, all is good, return it with a full tank of gas. I drive out and notice that it has a little over half a tank of gas, I drive into the sun and the windows are a mess (the washer didn't help). I had to go to an appointment and could not return where I got it. While driving I try and call the location where I picked it up, could not get them. I go to return it today, the agent is on the phone, tells me all is good and bye. He does not get off his cell phone. I wanted to ask if I prepaid why was there a $2.44 estimated charge and tell him of the issues.
With all the other car agencies, I will NEVER return to Hertz...
