No me gustó que … yo estaba un poco distraída y no leí justamente lo de la gasolina vi el tanque a mitad cuando lo recibí, luego para regresarlo decía que debía estar lleno, así que deberían asegurarse que lo entregan también lleno. Porque con migo no lo hicieron ,

The lady that helped when renting the vehicle was very helpful and friendly. I noticed this not just with myself, but with everyone she helped. The team seemed to have great communication as well in order to multitask and meet the needs of every customer. When I returned the vehicle same day at a different location, the process was extremely quick and easy. The staff members I dealt with there were also very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience renting through Hertz and I will definitely be back if ever needed.

Amazing service and attention to detail

We had reserved our car through delta app. Upon going to Miami rental they had NO RESERVATION! I had all the info and they could not find threservation. The good news is they supplied a one way car. And the agents were especially the young woman who assisted in carrying the luggage to the car show in us the quick exit.

Upon arrival i was given a car with a quarter of a tank of gas. I went to the front desk to correct my receipt. They said they would document it. I returned the vehicle the next day with more gas in it. The location tried to charge me for the full tank of gas.

I had booked a different vehicle online and i was given a different vehicle which i was forced to pay more because it was a bigger vehicle

The staff at hertz has always given me 10 star service. I am grateful for them.

The line was so long, the wait time to get a car at Miami Downtown Southeast 2nd Street took over an hour and half. I don’t recommend renting from this location as the office is dated and only 2 clerks were doing work of 4 people.

Samir, Shanice, Jennifer, and Joanna always provide me with great service. They are a big reason I continue to use Hertz even though I have other options.
