Hertz - Martinsburg - North Queen Street Omdömen 

Hertz earned my loyalty by just doing everything right. Great value led me to trying them and a reginal shortage of vehicles. Agent reached out to let me know my online reservation was really appreciated and to let me know schedule is tight all location vehicles in use currently and will not be a problem, unless vehicles scheduled to be returned didn't return. We talked thru it and shared how important this was for me; they offered to update me as soon as they could confirm availability. Received that update a few hours later, well ahead of my rental pick-up. Then during this rental had a family loss and needed to extend my rental and did this late in the rental, only another day remaining at the time. This was able to be done seamlessly, have never had that type of ease of service. Thanked my local location on return and apologized for any inconvenience, they assured me that is what they do and thank me for the business. A few days later needed to travel again to support family, was personally a little overwhelmed. On scheduling my rental when the question came up about tolls, I took the package because it was the first time I realized I left my EZ-Pass transponder in the rental and would rather be covered. At the same time the team at my local location found the transponder while detailing the rental for the next customer. The representative was looking up my info to contact me and seen I would be picking up another rental in the next 24hrs. They smiled when I arrived and welcomed me back, I asked about the transponder and they had it waiting with my pick-up packet. I asked if it would be too much trouble to remove the toll package from the reservation now being secure in having, mine returned. It was taken care of and removed from the reservation with no additional cost, charges, it was completed graciously.

This location surpasses any other I've used in the over 20-something years (maybe more) of being a Gold Member. Including several locations in downtown Chicago and many airport locations. Is the inventory always there? No. But when it is, they hit it out of the park with bases loaded. They are happy to explain the specific vehicle, and make sure you understand its functionality before departing. I probably won't return there as I'm moving out of state, but Cary is knowledgable and super professional, and Bobby helps him keep the place running as smoothly as possible. It made me sad to say goodbye after several years of visiting them.
