Hertz - Las Vegas - W Sahara Avenue Omdömen 

We rented a 15-passenger van for a family trip out of state. The day before the rental, I asked if I could pick up the van a little earlier in the morning than my reserved time. The agent said she would call me in the morning to let me know if I could pick up early. She called and we were able to pick up a little earlier which really helped us getting on the road. While in the San Diego area, we had a blinker light go out. That is always a danger, but being in busy Southern California and traveling with our kids and grandkids, we could not wait to get that fixed. I reached out to the local office and they directed me to the San Diego airport office. They could not have been more helpful. We were literally in and out in under an hour with our bulb fixed (in that van it means taking off the entire light system) and tested all our lights. Back on the road and feeling not only safe, but completely supported by Hertz. Our return could not have been more smooth and once again I am reminded why I always choose Hertz when I can!

I am not happy with the service at the pick up location in Las vegas where rep was rude and was not at all respectful. I booked for Toyota Camry Hybrid but got a Kia K4 and the reason she gave that you came late, I was about to pick up at 8 but the location was not open till 8:30 am so I went to breakfast and went back there around 10:30 am. While returning at SAN Francisco it was really smooth the rep was well behaved and did the return process smoothly.

I rented a luxury car and drove 9 hours to Tahoe. My husband sciatic nerve was in full flame after two hours in the car, and my back was hurting. The next day we called the Hertz and the told me to go to the closet location (airport) and they exchanged the car for an SUV. They even helped us unload the car to the SUV. They were wonderful and super nice.

I had a three day rental with a fee of $186.00 and they placed a $500 security hold without asking or telling me … I wasn’t given the opportunity to review the walk around - completed before I got into the car … I sm President’s Circle - this was outrageous

Smooth transaction and an upgrade at no additional cost exceeded my expectations. There is no match to the Hertz experience.

Customer service was the worst I have ever encountered.

Picking up: employee & I walked the car & she opened the trunk. I put my duffel bag in. Returning the car, a different employee & myself walked the car. She did not open the trunk. I forgot my duffel!! This was a Friday ~ car (blue Kia) was sent out for an oil change & not on property Monday morning. I was assured the mechanic had no reason to look in the trunk and "They would get back to me." .... No. They never did. My duffel (with my photo id, no mistaking who it belongs to) is just floating around somewhere.// it is now September 8th and I have been back to this location twice to get my duffel bag - both times told "the mechanic still has the car." 18 days

easy no hassle rental.. I even just dropped off the keys with the rep at return and got an emailed receipt.
