Hertz - Indianapolis - Indianapolis International Airport (IND) Omdömen 

My experience started off great talking to the staff in the garage. My name was on the board but said see agent. The agent was very friendly (older man) and went in the back to verify information and he gave me the keys to a 2026 Dodge Ram 2500. It was the truck I rented looking at the pictures online but usually it’s never the same. I was very much pleased with the vehicle and it worked well carrying my family to an event. Thanks for the great experience IND Hertz. Can’t wait visit Indiana again

We chose a car from Hertz’ Gold Circle. We chose a Buick Enclave, the car was waiting with keys, we loaded and drove off. The pick up and drop off were both seamless and quick. It was a very good experience. Steve R.

I picked up the vehicle around 10:30 p.m., so did not notice till the next morning when I got in that the vehicle was not cleaned in the inside or the outside. The inside is what really bothered me because on the radio screen dirty smudges and center console there was mold, build up, food, hair and dirt. under the driver seat there were dirty napkins and someone's dirty socks. I took it upon myself to clean the radio and center console.

My vehicle is never present when needed. The customer service representative gets upset because I’m frustrated. It’s awful.

My car wasn’t available when I arrived. They gave me a replacement car but a warning signal came on and the tire pressure was low. Not a fun experience and this is not the first time I had issues. The saving grace is that the employees were friendly and worked hard to fix my issues.

Easy to work with and process was simple and did not take much time.

Car was dirty and smelled like smoke from a previous driver. I sent an email with the complaint but nobody responded. I will use Enterprise going forward.

We were accused of damaging the car, when we clearly did not! It was highly offensive and after responding to their claim, no response or explanation from them! It has really left a bad taste in my mouth! Hertz has been my go to rental company, but I am seriously rethinking my decision!

It was very easy to check in and return the car.

It was wonderful to see my name on the board and the specific location of the vehicle. The vehicle was even better than I had reserved. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end

I was given the wrong vehicle by a Hertz employee and I was only notified of this when I made it to the gate. Instead of apologizing, the Hertz manager, Michelle Evans, yelled at me as if it were my fault. I would not recommend Hertz at the Indianapolis airport.

Charged for prepaid fuel when I declined. second time Ive had a fuel billing issue with Hertz

I was very disappointed ---as a Gold member---that when I overlooked filling the gas tank and the service member had "already checked me in", that he couldn't undo it so I could go get gas---$6 cheaper somewhere else.
I was aghast---as a Gold member---that because it would cause him a minute more of work that he wouldn't do it.
Very disappointed. Looking for a car for next weekend and will not be using Hertz.....it's too competitive out there for your company to do this...

Hertz always goes above and beyond with their service and quality of vehicles.

Once again dirty car. Inside of windshield smeared and hazy from poor/no cleaning creating significant safety hazard especially when driving into sun. This is apparently the Hertz standard: rented cars in Phoenix, DFW and Indianapolis this week and all were dirty like this. It is clear to me that Hertz local and national leadership does not ever inspect the cleanliness of their cars.

Easy walking to parking area to pick up and drop off no problems vehicle clean class requested great experience

The Hertz rental app easy to use. The pickup at the airport and the drop off at the airport were easy and convenient. No problems with the vehicle.
