Easy to p/u auto. No long wait.

Very efficient service. Upgraded our car. Car almost brand new . It was a nice experience!

Everything was great! We got the car we ordered and we had no wait time when we arrived. Drop-off was easy too and the receipt was emailed to us immediately. The car itself, a 2026 Nissan Rogue, was in great condition and was a pleasure to drive. We weren’t familiar with the gear selector though so that took a little getting used to but was not an issue. Thank you Hertz!

The staff was fantastic. There was a seatbelt sensor issue with the vehicle and the staff promptly swapped it for another.

The gentleman at the Hilo location was friendly and processed the transaction quickly. The same service was provided when the car had to be exchanged.

Car rental stands are super convenient to the airport. The representative had my car picked out for me before I walked up to the stand

With my membership, I should be able to pick up a car straight from the lot which was not the case. Would’ve been nice, but not a big deal. Then, when I got in the car, I immediately saw a message saying the car needed an oil change.. not very assuring. Later on in the trip, the check engine light even came on. Quality of car maintenance was worrisome on the trip, especially knowing there were not many places to stop on the way back to Hertz.

Renting in my state of Hawai'i has been aweful. Cars smell, stains are on the seats, dash, and armrests from sunblock. They are never clean. Employees acts more like they are doing me a favor instead of a service. And why,.is it acceptable to have a conversation with another employee while I wait?. When I go to Texas or California, I don't have the same issues. Im beginning to ask myself if Hertz is worth it anymore. I rent vehicles for business. I spend time with clients and future business opportunities. Why would I stay with Hertz if everytime I am concerned there will be a problem?

Good car, convenient location to get the car. Such an overall easy place to rent a car. Had to wait a while to get the car keys from the attendant. Long line. One person. But he was very efficient and friendly.

I have suggested and will continue to request. the inclusion of small non-economy SUVs in your inventory at your Hawaii locations. Many of the Hawaii roads are narrow. A smaller SUV would be helpful. Also, i am a petite person. The standard SUVs are not as comfortable as a small SUV for me.

I could not connect to the CarPlay app on my previous rental from the last week of August, even though i have I have a subscription.mi was able to connect with my last rental from the first week of September.

On time with clean car at a competitive rate. No hassle return.

I was charged a much higher price than I was quoted.

The Customer Service Agent who checked me in @ Hilo International Airport was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The Dodge Durango she assigned us was brand new and smelled like it! And, the checkout ladies were also very good. All in all, a very good experience driving from Hilo thru Akaka Falls & Volcanoes National Park onto Kona!
