Dirty rental!
Let me first say the three star review does not reflect on the Customer Service I received. The Hertz employee I dealt with was both courteous and professional. However, the vehicle I received was 1000 miles past due for an oil change. The windows were so dirty. It looked like a pack of wild dogs were licking them before I picked it up. The rear of your mirror had a haze on it that I could not remove and could barely see out of. On top of that, there was a similar haze on the windshield right onthe driver side that I could not see to drive during the daytime yet alone at night. I think it would be prudent to do a better safety inspection to make sure these vehicles are clean and safe to drive.

They Made sure I had a car, but I’m a presidents circle member so I shouldn’t have had to pay for an upgrade but because they had so many reservations, I understood that they could’ve charged anyone.
